When everyone races outdoors no matter the temperature because it’s warming up dang it. ;-) Hamburg and Berlin are both favorite cities of ours … and I would put Berlin on the MUST visit cities in the spring. Nothing like walking along the Spree with the weather is turning warm … music, people, food, flowers.
