Theme from Doctor Detroit is an EP by American new wave band Devo, released in 1983 by MCA Records. It includes the two songs from the Doctor Detroit movie soundtrack recorded by the band (the title song and "Luv-Luv"), plus a dance mix of the title theme.

The song portrays the doctor as someone who can’t be outrun – they “get you from behind, Like a common cold, It takes you for a ride.” It’s almost as if the doctor represents something inevitable, something we cannot escape.
Devo performed the title theme, which plays over the opening credits, as well as "Luv-Luv", and released an EP including both tracks and a longer dance remix of the theme song. A music video was also produced for the theme, incorporating footage from the film.
