Peterborough, ON – The waiting list for affordable housing units operated by Peterborough Housing Corporation will be provided through Housing Access Peterborough, a City of Peterborough Social Services program, starting May 15, 2024.
Who is Housing Access Peterborough (HAP)? HAP manages the Centralized Wait List for both Affordable Housing for PHC owned buildings and Rent Geared to Income in the City and County of Peterborough. The HAP office is at the Peterborough Social Services office.
Eligibility for Rent Geared-to-Income is based on your annual income, and determined by Housing Access Peterborough. Eligibility for Affordable Housing is based on your annual income. To apply for Affordable Housing, complete an application and return to Peterborough Social Services.
