Andrew Clyde defeated Matt Gurtler in the Republican primary runoff for Georgia's 9th Congressional District. Clyde received 56% of the vote and Gurtler received 44%. The incumbent, Rep. Doug Collins (R), ran in the special Senate election, leaving this safe Republican district open.
