The problem with Chameleon is that he’s now trapped in “old villain” status. Since he was never a main antagonist, he’s now relegated to jokes and how often he’s been defeated no matter how useful he was. Yeah, I also feel like he was often not considered a serious threat, despite the usefulness of his abilities.
