The recipe, as printed, calls for 3.5 cups of flour. I can't imagine having to double that for this duck cake. The cake requires making an 8" x 8" square and 8" x 4" loaf pan of vanilla cake. I can't see those pans requiring 7 cups of flour and double all the other ingredients. What do you interpret that "double" sentence to mean? Vote 1 1 comment
