Mar 30, 2023 · Reaching the Boiling Lake in Dominica. The first thing we saw as we edged closer to the boiling lake was the giant cloud of steam enveloping it. As we got right up to it, the swirling cloud of steam momentarily cleared, revealing the lake. Grey/blue water furiously boiled below us.
