Judith Ann Wilson Rogers (born July 27, 1939) is a senior United States circuit judge of the United States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit.
JUDITH W. ROGERS. (202) 216-7340. Judge Rogers was appointed to the United States Court of Appeals in March 1994. She had previously served on the District of Columbia Court of Appeals since 1983, becoming Chief Judge in 1988.
The case was heard by a panel of three Circuit Judges: Judith W. Rogers, Thomas B. Griffith, and Neomi Rao. [1] On March 10, 2020, the court ruled 2–1 in favor of the Judiciary Committee, ordering the release of the grand jury materials; Judge Rogers wrote the opinion, and was joined by Judge Griffith, with Judge Rao dissenting.
