Between 2015-2019 Schneider played all four years of his collegiate career at Springfield College where he competed in the New England Women's and Mens Athletic Conference. As a freshman Schneider made an instant impact on the team earning a starting spot and finishing the year off with 1 goal and 10 assists (highest in the Conference). Throughout his next 3 years Schneider helped lead Springfield College to three consecutive conference championships and NCAAtournament births. Schneider became the first men's soccer player in Springfield College history to win two NEWMAC Championship Tournament MVP's and finished his career off with 21 goals and 29 assists.
Schneider made is professional debut for the Swope Park Rangers in 2019 when he played in their first pre season match of the year and recorded one goal in their 5–0 win.In April 2019 Schneider signed with USL2 club Western Mass Pioneers. Schneider helped lead the Pioneers to becoming the North East Division Champions. This earned them a 2019 USL 2 playoff appearance where they saw success making it to the quarterfinals. On July 20th, 2019. Schneider signed to the Philadelphia Fury in the National Independent Soccer Association (NISA). Here Schneider competed in the inaugural season for the newly formed NISA. Schneider made history when on September 15th, 2019 he scored the Philadelphia Fury's first professional goalin NISA.
