Jul 31, 2020 · I did it twice a week for the month of June 2020, and finished up on July 1st. I am stronger, have increased stamina, and more firm. Can’t wait to come back to and experience other Heather Robertson workouts…going to close out 2020 with a bang doing her 12 week challenge can’t wait! (Also, love the variety of music).
