Mississippi Highway 69 (MS 69) is a state highway in eastern Mississippi. The route starts at the Alabama state line, and travels northwestward to Columbus. MS 69 then goes through downtown Columbus, and ends at U.S. Route 45 (US 45) and US 82 in the west side of the town.

Mar 10, 2024 · At the Mississippi – Tennessee state line, I-69 enters Mississippi from the north concurrently with I-55 and follows the previously constructed route of I-55 south to Hernando, Mississippi, for approximately eight miles (13 km), where it meets I-269.
Mississippi got a head start on Interstate 69 by opening a fully signed stretch in DeSoto County. During the Fall of 2006, Mississippi 304 opened as an east-west freeway between U.S. 61 and Interstate 55 in the far northern part of the state. The road improves access to Tunica from the east and also serves the growing Memphis southern suburbs.
