From your desktop, open a web browser and go to oculus.com/casting. Launch OBS. Integrate the web browser video into OBS. This will allow OBS to capture the video feed from your Meta Quest headset. Log in to OBS using your YouTube credentials. Click Start Streaming in OBS to go live on YouTube.
If you want to watch spherical videos (or flat 3D videos) via Link you'll need to use a VR media player from Steam or the Oculus PC store. But it's far better to use a native Quest player and stream them from a Windows/Samba share or a DLNA enabled media server.
