The 1st one's rating is 7.1 with Yang Mi as the leading star while the 2nd is only rated 5.6 on douban with much less famous actors. Frankly speaking the best story of this series still lay in Gujian 1-2 the game. 3rd generation was fully translated but not as immersive as the formers in my opinion.
