Michael Lorenzo Urie (born August 8, 1980) is an American actor. He is known for his portrayal of Marc St. James on the ABC comedy drama television series Ugly Betty. He can be heard as Bobby Kerns in As the Curtain Rises, an original podcast soap opera from the Broadway Podcast Network.
Is a member of the Juilliard class of 2003 also known as the Crew 32. Along with Jessica Chastain and Jess Weixler. Born in Houston, Texas; raised in Plano, Texas. He is a huge fan of Frankie Valli and The Four Seasons and Neil Diamond. Michael graduated from the Drama Division of The Juilliard School in 2003.
