  1. Highpoint Church was founded in 2000 by Ron and Jody Zappia. We started meeting in Glenbard South High School before moving to our Naperville location in 2007. Highpoint now gathers in 6 local communities.

  3. Aug 12, 2020 · Conlee left Highpoint two years ago after it came to light that he had knowingly supported an admitted sexual abuser coming on staff as a pastor. That pastor, Andy Savage, resigned from Highpoint only a few months before Conlee did and has since also started his own church.

April and I started High Point Church with 16 people in our livingroom, upon leaving Lakewood Church in Houston, TX, after the passing of my spirtual mentor and father-in-law, Pastor John Osteen. With God’s great grace, we grew very quickly and were able to fill the 1000-seat auditorium at Workman Junior High.
