Hope that was helpful. You know its been months since i have played this so now this looks really high tech compared to before. This isn't the true "Doors" game, but this is it's brutal cousin, "Endless Doors". On the leaderboard it showed a player went through 1000+ doors.

Dissolve is a white set of teeth with many round-ish white particles whirling around it. Dissolve is extremely fast and deadly, its method of damage being to completely "dissolve" players.
Dissolve can be a rather difficult entity to survive, however it has a very unique and identifiable cue. It can start spawning as early as door 70 but is extremely rare and most players will not encounter Dissolve until much later on in their run.
Upon opening a door, Dissolve will first cause all the lights in the room to flash a cyan color and then break. A few seconds afterward you will hear horrific screaming, and this is when you should hide, because Dissolve has now spawned and it will begin to rush through the rooms at an extremely high speed and over time gaining more and more speed. It will rebound many times before leaving, with the amount depending on how long it takes Dissolve to complete a full rebound. Its lifespan is estimated to be about the full length of a player's allowed time in a closet before Hidden attacks.
The difficult part about Dissolve is that the amount of time it takes in its attack can be longer than the amount of time the player is allowed to stay in a closet before being kicked out by Hidden. If you notice a fairly long window of time (>1.5 seconds) where Dissolve is not in range to kill you, you can use that time to quickly hop out and hop back into the closet. Otherwise, just hope that Dissolve despawns before you are forced out.

The main feature hard mode adds, though, is making the Clock Of Dread boss fight spawn when a certain number of rooms are crossed, which would be around every 70 rooms. This will also add a major difficulty to a run in Hard Mode; Matcher will also spawn every time you open the room right after Dread's boss fight.
