On December 15, 2015, Hasbro Studios and Paramount Pictures have signed a deal to create a five-property movie universe produced by Hasbro's Allspark Pictures and distributed by Paramount Pictures.
Hasbro Entertainment is a production and distribution company owned and operated by American toy and multimedia company Hasbro and launched on August 16, 2023. [1] It succeeds Allspark, previously known as Hasbro Studios, as Hasbro's primary media production and distribution company and Entertainment One (or eOne for short).

On March 26, 2019, Stephen Davis announced that Hasbro Studios would be rebranded as "Allspark" to correspond with the pre-existing Allspark Pictures and Allspark Animation divisions. Following Hasbro's acquisition of Entertainment One on December 30, 2019, Allspark was absorbed into eOne in October 2020.
