Oct 23, 2017 · Nick & Toni’s is the quintessential Hamptons restaurant, of course, but the off-season brings a few breaths of fresh air to this East Hampton institution. First: starting in the fall, and running through spring, N & T offers up pizzas, hot from their wood oven. They’re crispy, medium-sized, and some of the best pies out east.
