   IIRC, someone said that Tanimura's actor scandal appeared after Yakuza 6 was released, so there was no reason not to include him in Yakuza 5 and 6. IMO, Tanimura might have been more appropriate for having Akiyama's role in Yakuza 6. Confirm Tanimura has never existed. The entire y4 was just a fever dream.

   Is Tanimura's fighting style overpowered? SPOILERS: YAKUZA 4. I started playing his story last night in Yakuza 4 and holy shit his block counter is insane. Not only that, his combo's go straight into a heat move when you upgrade it high enough. I'm enjoying playing as him but every battle seems like a breeze with him haha.
