Announced by an iconic sign, Cocoa Beach’s most famous landmark was completed in 1962 and pushes into the ocean for more than 800 feet. Helping to generate some of the best surfing waves on the East Coast, the pier quickly became the anchor for Cocoa Beach’s surf culture.
