Several British leaders have gathered in a conference room including Hatcher, Canaris, Nelson, and Jane Harris. Jane lays out a plan to contain the virus by flooding canals north of the capital, blockade all bridges and rail links in and out of the city, known as the Doomsday Contingency Plan.
