Joyce Flynn
Joyce is Molly and Victoria's mother. She is a widow and is now married to Vincent Moranto, she attempts to stay in her youth and is very modern.
Mr. Flynn
Molly and Victoria's father, who died years before the show takes place. He was said to be heavyset just like Mike and Molly, but had a good heart and shared a love of sports with his older daughter. Its never explained what happened, but he died when Victoria was little, so she doesn't remember him too much, but Molly will share stories about him with her.
Victoria Flynn
Victoria Flynn, Molly's dimwitted, party girl little sister who is often high on marijuana. She is employed as a beautician at a funeral home. She likes to have fun and usually sleeps with married men. Towards the end of the series, she seems to try and clean up her act and begins a relationship with Mike's partner, Carl.
Molly was a fourth grade primary school teacher, but she quit her job to become a writer. Her first book got published in Season 5, so she decided to write a book about her mother-in-law, Peggy's childhood and romance story.
