Frank Masini (born April 14, 1944) is an Italian - American convicted serial killer and necrophile who killed three elderly women and one man in Ocean and Essex County, New Jersey, from 1991 to 1992. [1] He pleaded guilty in April 1993 and is serving life in prison at New Jersey State Prison.
