Laurenti Dyogi, more known in the industry as Direk Lauren, is ABS-CBN's Head of TV Production and the Executive Producer of Pinoy Big Brother. In 2021, he also became the head of ABS-CBN's talent agency, Star Magic.
A renowned director in the Philippines, he has done various films and drama series over the past decades and has been working on ABS-CBN for over 20 years.
After years of being a film director, Lauren Dyogi started venturing into producing reality television shows in 2005, wherein he created a reality dating/loveteam search, QPids. That same year, Dyogi began producing Pinoy Big Brother and has been in control of the show since. His production of the debut season of Pinoy Big Brother started as an experiment and passion project. However, Pinoy Big Brother gained its popularity and success during its debut season and became one of the most popular TV shows in the Philippines ever since.
