Dec 8, 2023 · Rabid Grannies – Blu-ray Review: Vinegar Syndrome brings Rabid Grannies to Blu-ray in AVC encoded 1080p high definition framed at 1.66.1 widescreen on a 50GB disc taken from a 4k restoration of the 35mm interpositive. The previous Blu-ray release from Troma was a disaster, it was slathered in a blue tint and was a poorly compressed mess.

It opens as two elderly sisters invite their nieces and nephews to a dinner party in celebration of the sisters' upcoming birthdays. The one nephew who is not invited is the ostracized black sheep of the family whose devil-worshipping activities.
