Jay Walker (born Jay Gordon[1]) is the current Elemental Master of Lightning, Nya's boyfriend and Yin, and the adoptive son of Ed and Edna Walker, surrendered by his biological parents, Cliff Gordon and his wife.
Jay’s mini character arc is the exact same as Wu’s experience with imagination, as both learn that it is sometimes okay to think crazy. Even more poetically though, Jay is first inspired to imagine by Wu in his flashback while Wu is inspired to imagine by Jay in the present day.
It was revealed in "Misfortune Rising" that Jay was adopted. The idea originated during Skybound's development. After Lloyd, Jay is the ninja with the most known relatives due to having both an adoptive and biological family. Out of the known relatives, Cliff Gordon is the only one confirmed to have died.
