    Worksop (/ ˈ w ɜːr k s ɒ p / WURK-sop) is a market town in the Bassetlaw District in Nottinghamshire, England. It is located 15 miles (24 km) south of Doncaster, 15 miles (24 km) south-east of Sheffield and 24 miles (39 km) north of Nottingham.
