Many years ago I found YouTube clips of the British prank call series Fonejacker, and the in-person prank spinoff show, Facejacker. I thought they were great and hilarious shows, but as an American, no one I knew had heard of them. Everyone who I showed the clips to loved the shows.

Fonejacker is a British sketch comedy programme broadcast on E4 featuring a series of prank calls involving a number of different characters performed by British Iranian television actor Kayvan Novak. It first appeared in May 2006 and became a full series in 2007.
Apr 15, 2010 · Could you explain what Facejacker is about? The idea is that I play some of the characters from Fonejacker , some of the animated characters, but I play them in real life. So we're achieving that by heavy prosthetic make up that's transforming me into the characters.
In April 2010, Novak began appearing in a spin-off of Fonejacker called Facejacker, in which he adopted various disguises, including several characters heard in Fonejacker. Novak announced on BBC Radio 1 in May 2012 that the character Terry Tibbs, a mainstay of both shows, would be getting a spin-off chat show; this aired in August 2012. [ 7 ]
