  1. Feb 22, 2018 · I have a text file which contains unicode persian text (Arabic units). My system crashed and after reboot I found my file corrupted. the clocks are correct ! so 3:27 and 5:28 and 16:48 and space characters are displayed correctly but the rest of text is corrupted.

  7. Jun 25, 2012 · It doesn't appear to be a character encoding problem. The page title is in Crylic and appears fine. It is just the urldecoded string which is displaying incorrectly. Locally I made a demo to see if I could determine what was going on. <meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=utf-8"/>. This works fine.
