     I don’t think you’ll be able to put your video behind the image, as that would leave the image blocking the video controls.

     You could put your TV frame behind the video and size the video using Bootstrap’s embed-responsive embed-responsive-16by9 classes to properly size the video. For your image, you can have your image match the padding around the video. In the example below, I set the padding to 5% and sized the image to match the space.

     You can see how the video frame works with the image behind it in the snippet. To see the video run, I think you'll need to copy the code to your system.

     You can't use the video_player plugin for playing YouTube videos. It doesn't support that. You can play videos from network but it should be video (ends with a valid extension). YouTube videos are different.

     You need to use something like youtube_player_flutter, or youtube_explode_dart. You can search other plugins on pub for this as well.

     YouTube does this if you load your HTML file in a browser directly from disk (C:). Upload it to a server and it will work.

     To solve this problem :

     I create a web application which loads a youtube video thanks to the video ID. My endpoint is something like that : https://mywebsite.com/ID_VIDEO_YOUTUBE

     Then in my react native application, I just have to load the URL of my website :
