L'École nationale d'administration (ENA), créée en 1945 et dissoute en 2021, est une ancienne grande école d'application française chargée d'assurer la sélection et la formation des hauts fonctionnaires de l'État français. D'abord située à Paris, elle s'installe à Strasbourg en 1991.
