The Seahawks haven't been to the NFC Championship Game since 2014-15. Haven't won a playoff game since 2019. In their franchise history they've only ever advanced to the Conference Championship Game in 1983-84, 2005-06, 2013-14, and 2014-15, so barring the blip of the early to mid 2010s they're not great, and this is the best Seattle has to offer.
