The Millennium 4/4P speakers are 8 ohms so it is safe to wire either in parallel or series. If factory wiring is present in your Miata, it is usually parallel. We do not recommend driving the headrest speakers with more than 15 or 20 watts as that can overdrive the speakers as well as cause hearing damage.
