William de Beauchamp, 9th Earl of Warwick (c. 1238 – 1298) was the eldest of eight children of William de Beauchamp of Elmley and his wife Isabel de Mauduit. He was an English nobleman and soldier, described as a “vigorous and innovative military commander."

William de Beauchamp, 9th Earl of Warwick (c. 1238 - 1298) [1] was the eldest of eight children of William de Beauchamp of Elmley and his wife Isabel de Mauduit. He was an English nobleman and soldier, described as a “vigorous and innovative military commander." [2] .
He married Isabel de Mauduit, who was the daughter of William de Mauduit, Baron of Hanslope[2] and the sister of William Mauduit, 8th Earl of Warwick. They had eight children, of which his heir was his son, also named William de Beauchamp, who inherited the title of Earl of Warwick from his maternal uncle.
