Aisling Clíodhnadh O'Sullivan (born 16 March 1984), known professionally as Aisling Bea (/ ˈ æ ʃ l ɪ ŋ ˈ b iː / ASH-ling BEE), is an Irish comedian, actress and screenwriter. She created, wrote and starred in the comedy series This Way Up on Channel 4.
Aisling Bea is a multi-talented performer who won a BAFTA for her series This Way Up. She also starred in Hard Sun, Alice & Jack, and Doctor Who, among other projects.
