Albert George Hill (24 March 1889 – 8 January 1969) was a British track and field athlete. He competed at the 1920 Olympics and won gold medals in the 800 m and 1500 m and a silver medal in the 3000 m team race.

Aug 8, 2021 · The man, the myth, the legend of Albert Hill. It was about double Olympic gold medalist Albert Hill. After a cursory google I learnt that he had won gold medals in the 800m and 1500m in Antwerp 1920. This ‘double’ wasn’t replicated until 1964, and not by a British Olympian until 2004 by Dame Kelly Holmes.
