The 26th Judicial Circuit Court is a multi-county circuit including Alpena and Montmorency Counties. The Circuit Court has jurisdiction over all civil cases involving more than $25,000; all criminal cases where the offense is a felony or serious misdemeanor; domestic relations cases; child protective proceedings; and delinquency proceedings.
