Synopsis. On the dock, Tony the fisherman is preparing to head out. He heads out in his boat, 'Whistlin Pete', and the boat hits something. Tony stops it and fishes over the side with a pike, and finds Burleson's body, it's throat cut. In P-Town, the town council hold their meeting and discuss decorating business.
