    After Chris Richardson's performance of Mayberry during Country night, he sent out his prayers to those affected by the Virginia Tech Massacre. While he was doing this the camera went to a disinterested Simon rolling his eyes. This caused controversy as many viewers felt it was very inappropriate and rude of Cowell to do that.
