Oct 11, 2017 · HOUSTON -- More than a decade after the Amoco fuel brand disappeared from the United States, it appears the timing is right for its return. This week, BP announced plans to reintroduce the Amoco fuel brand to the United States in select markets.
Amoco is the largest producer of natural gas in North America, sells gasoline through more than 9,600 service stations in 30 states, and produces such chemical products as polymers, fabrics, fibers, and chemical feedstocks.
