  1. Biography. Andreas Christ was born in Offenbach, Germany, in 1968. He received the Dipl.Ing. degree in electrical engineering from the Technical University Darmstadt, Darmstadt, Germany, in 1996. In 1997, he joined Niels Kuster's research group, Swiss Federal Institute of Technology, Zürich, Switzerland, where he received the Ph.D. degree in 2003.
