  3. Jul 31, 2022 · Anna of Plock was born circa 1319 at of Plock, Warszawa, Poland. She married Henry V, Duke of Sagan, son of Henry IV, Duke of Glogau & Sagan and Mechtild von Brandenburg, before 5 September 1337. Anna of Plock died on 16 February 1363.

  4. Henry of Masovia (1368/1370–1392/1393), became Bishop of Płock. Siemowit accused Anna of adultery when she became pregnant with Henry. After his birth Siemowit had Anna strangled and Henry cast away. However, it turned out Henry was the son of Siemowit so he was made a bishop.

  5. The relationship between Archduke Johann and Anna Plochl (1804–1885), the daughter of the postmaster of the town of Aussee in the Styrian Salzkammergut, began in 1819. Anna was then just fifteen, Johann twenty years her senior. The relationship that developed proved to be astonishingly resilient, given that circumstances were against the couple.
