Arthur Forrest died at 95 following a 75-year career in television. Born in Brooklyn, NY in 1926, he graduated from NYU and started as a janitor at the DuMont Television Network, working his way through at first as a studio assistant, then as a cameraman on "The Honeymooners" and "Captain Video and His Video Rangers", then at Channel 5 in New York, and in 1973 he directed the "Dick Cavett Show." imdb.com
