Aug 2, 2021 · Grant, a hereditary chief of the Sac and Fox Nation of Oklahoma, died on July 28, 2021, at 85 years old. The actor died peacefully in his sleep at a private care facility in Hollywood, California, according to Lani Carmichael, Grant’s publicist and longtime friend.
After a series of medical issues, Francis L. Grant, Sr., passed away on October 1, 2023. He was 84 years old and lived independently at his home in Cushing, Ok. Francis spent his younger years with his family. He was a proud veteran of the United States Navy and served his country proudly.
