Bianca Lancia d'Agliano (also called Beatrice, c. 1210 – c. 1248), was an Italian noblewoman. She was the mistress and later, possibly the last wife of the Hohenstaufen emperor Frederick II. The marriage was conducted while she was on her deathbed, therefore it was considered non-canonical.

Frederick had a relationship with Bianca Lancia (c. 1200/10 – 1230/46), possibly starting around 1225. One source states that it lasted 20 years. They had three children: Constance (Anna) (1230 – April 1307), married John III Ducas Vatatzes.
Bianca Lancia (anche nota come Bianca d'Agliano e occasionalmente come Beatrice; Agliano Terme, 1210 circa – Gioia del Colle o Monte Sant'Angelo, 1248 circa) è stata una nobildonna italiana, amante e presumibilmente ultima moglie dell' imperatore Federico II di Svevia, che forse la sposò in articulo mortis.
