Bill Nunn. William Goldwyn Nunn III (October 20, 1953 – September 24, 2016) was an American actor known for his roles as Radio Raheem in Spike Lee's film Do the Right Thing, Robbie Robertson in the Sam Raimi Spider-Man film trilogy and as Terrence "Pip" Phillips on The Job (2001–02).
Bill Nunn (1953-2016) was a versatile and commanding performer who appeared in films by Spike Lee, Bill Condon, Michael Apted and others. He is best known for his roles as Radio Raheem in Do the Right Thing, Bradley in Regarding Henry and Joseph 'Robbie' Robertson in Spider-Man.

Sep 24, 2016 · NEW YORK (AP) — Bill Nunn, a veteran character actor whose credits ranged from the “Spider-Man” movie franchise to such Spike Lee films as “Do the Right Thing” and “He Got Game,” has died. His wife, Donna, said Nunn died Saturday at his home in Pittsburgh.
Bill Nunn was an actor who appeared in many Spike Lee films and other movies and TV shows. He died in 2016 of leukemia and was a former scout for the Pittsburgh Steelers.
