William Franklin Graham Jr. ( / ˈɡreɪəm /; November 7, 1918 – February 21, 2018) was an American evangelist, an ordained Southern Baptist minister, and a civil rights advocate [1] [2] whose broadcast and live sermons became well known internationally in the mid-to-late 20th century.
Founded by Billy Graham, BGEA is a Christian non-profit organization that exists to proclaim the Gospel of Jesus Christ by every effective means and to equip others to do the same.
Mr. Graham wrote 33 books, many which became top sellers. His autobiography “Just As I Am,” published in 1997, achieved a “triple crown,” appearing simultaneously on the three top best-seller lists in one week. In it, Mr. Graham reflected on his life, and decades of ministry around the world.
