A charming fisherman village, an hidden gem in Genoa, very close to the center/downtown. Peaceful, masterpiece of design with the wonderful colored houses all along the hill ending up to the castle of Capo Santa Chiara. Good restaurants and bar, very cozy and welcoming.

This broad 2.5km-long pavement lined with Liberty villas leads to Boccadasse, a once separate fishing village that appears like a sawn-off chunk of Cinque Terre. Its pebble beach is a perfect gelato-licking location by day and its gaggle of small bars serve up spritzes to happy crowds on summer evenings.

Old houses with colorful facaded nestled on the Ligurian Sea make this neighbourhood so special. We can easily say that it is one of the most beautiful places not only in Genoa, but also on the Ligurian coast.

It is located in such beautiful place and it is so different from the centre of Genoa that it seems to be in a small, fishermen village, not the capital of Liguria ….
