Bolliger & Mabillard (B&M) Walter Bolliger and Claude Mabillard worked for Intamin until the late 1980s, but left to form their own engineering company in 1988. Their premier coaster opened in 1990. Because their coasters are known for their smoothness and quality, over 100 B&M coasters have been built to date.
