  4. In Boris Godounov we even get an amazing showcase of set design, costumes and musical accompaniment. Boris Godounov may be Żuławski's most straight-forward film I know of so far (though that isn't saying much), but it is definitely also one of his most visually appealing and enjoyable ones.
